Overview Attendees will make the connection between conversations and leadership, gaining appreciation for the
role of conversations in inspiring followers, winning contracts and building visions that become reality.
Participants will practice the Seven Principles of Fierce Conversations and Four Conversational Models and
explore their relevance to individual and collective growth and success. Participants will learn each conversational
model, and then apply it using current issues as topics.
